9-13-09 Hearty Breakfast

We reused rolls from Saturday's dinner to build this delicious breakfast. We made little garlic toasts, melted cheddar cheese, topped the breads with crispy bacon and then finished it off with poached eggs. It was too filling to eat the whole thing.
